This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to services and bookings facilitated or provided through Altos Hospitality (“Altos Hospitality,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The cancellation and refund terms differ depending on whether you are a hospitality business/property working with Altos Hospitality or a guest making a reservation at a hotel or other property through our services.
1. Hotel & Hospitality Business Clients
1.1 No Refunds
All fees paid by hotels, resorts, hostels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses for Altos Hospitality services are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Altos Hospitality.
Once a service, subscription, listing, management arrangement, marketing package, or other service has been purchased, payments are not refundable for unused portions of the service period.
1.2 Cancellation by Hotel or Hospitality Business
A hotel or hospitality business wishing to cancel its Altos Hospitality service must provide written notice at least fifteen (15) days before the expiration date of the applicable service, subscription, or agreement.
Written notice may be submitted by email to:
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable service or subscription period.
1.3 Failure to Provide Timely Notice
If written cancellation notice is not received at least fifteen (15) days before the expiration date, the applicable service may continue or renew according to the terms of the relevant agreement or service package.
Any applicable renewal fees will remain payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Early Cancellation
If a hotel or hospitality business cancels its service before the end of the agreed service period, no refund will be provided for the remaining unused period unless Altos Hospitality expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
2. Hotel Guests & Reservations
Altos Hospitality may provide booking, marketing, listing, or reservation-related services for hotels and other hospitality properties.
When a guest makes a reservation with a hotel through a platform, website, booking system, or other channel associated with Altos Hospitality, the cancellation, modification, refund, and reservation policies of the selected hotel apply.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the hotel’s specific policies before completing a reservation.
These policies may include:
- Cancellation deadlines
- Cancellation fees
- Non-refundable rates
- Date-change restrictions
- No-show policies
- Deposit requirements
- Refund conditions
- Early departure policies
- Minimum-stay requirements
2.1 Changes to Reservations
Any request to change a hotel reservation—including dates, number of guests, room type, or other booking details—must comply with the policies and availability of the hotel selected by the guest.
Altos Hospitality does not guarantee that a requested change can be accommodated.
2.2 Cancellation by Guests
Guests wishing to cancel a reservation must follow the cancellation procedure and deadline established by the hotel they selected.
Where applicable, cancellation requests should be submitted through the original booking channel or directly to the hotel, according to the hotel’s stated instructions.
2.3 Refunds to Guests
Any refund due to a guest will be determined according to the cancellation and refund policy of the hotel selected by the guest.
Altos Hospitality does not independently determine the refund policy of hotels listed or promoted through our services.
Where a hotel has established a non-refundable rate, the guest acknowledges that the reservation may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Hotel Responsibility for Guest Policies
Each participating hotel or hospitality property is responsible for establishing and communicating its own:
- Rates
- Availability
- Cancellation policies
- Refund policies
- Reservation requirements
- Check-in and check-out policies
- No-show policies
- Guest terms
Guests are encouraged to carefully review these terms before confirming a reservation.
4. Changes to This Policy
Altos Hospitality reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Important: For your hotel-client agreements, I would also put the 15-day written cancellation requirement and “no refund” clause directly into each hotel’s service agreement/contract, rather than relying only on the website policy. This makes the obligation much clearer between Altos and the hotel.
